AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj continues to express disappointment with Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti in relation to the dialogue under way in Brussels.
Haradinaj in an interview for RTV 21 has said Hoti has lowered the level of talks by sending co-ordinators to represent Kosovo.
I'm telling this prime minister and my colleagues in LDK that you've unconsciously entered a clich where dialogue is lower than in Thaci and Moghrin's time. Dialogue has been at the level of decisionmakers of President Trump, Chancellor Merkel”'s Macron.
The first AAK has advised Hoti to take some steps back in relation to dialogue.
Make some steps back. Don't let them tell you this is dialogue. This is not dialogue. Dialogue is when Prime Minister Hoti President Macron, Chancellor Merkel, is sitting at the table, but President Trump or his envoy on the subject. We don't need a dialogue where our people are wandering down to”.
Haradinaj says the AAK is not intended to lead the dialogue, but will not become part of those circumstances.
“We acknowledge that the dialogue belongs to the prime minister, but the Alliance refuses to become co-operative in diverting dialogue from political decision-makers to Lajcak and Skender Hyseni. LDK is approve of this. I have a problem with that and I don't stand behind it. The political consequences about this subject do not accept them. The consequences of this technical dialogue let them carry”, Ramush Haradinaj, among other things.
