Government holds electronic meetings, approves four bills

The government of the Republic of Kosovo, at the request of Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and in accordance with the Government Labour Rule, has held the 20th collection, in which it has adopted bills, regulations and decisions of its constitutional and legal responsibilities.
Through a media communiqué by the prime minister, it becomes known that the Government at today's meeting made a decision to change and complete the 2020 Parliamentary Programme of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
With the changes and complements approved, the 2020 Legal Programme will include the draft legislation for ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the International Development Association, in terms of financing of the Programme, Promotion and Planning of Water Security Options. Also with this completion of change, the Regional Development Bill is transferred from the 2020 Legal Programme to the 2021 Legal Programme.
With special decisions, these bills have been passed at today's meeting:
1. Civil Code Project of the Republic of Kosovo;
2. Public Property Bill;
3. Bill on Building Earth; and
4. The Foreign Citizens' Property Rights Bill in the Republic of Kosovo.
The approval of the government cabinet has also been granted to regulate the provisional procedures and exchange of municipal real estate for public interest, as well as to own the real estate municipality, which are managed by central institutions.
