Pandemia also thwarted foreign tourists. Since the first cases with Covid-19 were shown in mid-March, when borders were blocked, many tourists planning to visit Kosovo have canceled their reservations made a year ago. But even after certain restrictions were lifted, the uncertainty created due to the increasing number of infected people has influenced many states to put Kosovo on a blacklist and to ask their citizens to avoid visits to Kosovo.
