Exiles travelling to France do not need a test

The Albanian Embassy in France has announced through an announcement that citizens who want to travel to France do not need a negative test. Officially the embassy suggests: “Albanian and foreign citizens travelling directly from Albania to France are not obliged to present the results of the test, nor to make quarantine”.
“Based on decree No.2020-860, 10 June 2020, changed on July 31, 2020, appendix 2bis and 2nd, government of the French Republic, Albanian citizens and foreigners travelling directly from Albania to France are not obliged to present the results of the biological test for the presence of COVID-19, nor to take this test at the moment of entry into French territory. Also, direct travellers from Albania to France have no obligation to isolate (carantina), if they display no sign that may be deemed suspicious by border authorities in France. For travelers flying through Serbia or Turkey, French authorities may request the presentation of the result of the biological test for the presence of COVID-19, no older than 72 hours, or the conduct of the mandatory test at the moment of entry into France, the embassy reports.
