This has been disclosed through a communique for the media on Saturday by Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami.

Monday's Finance Ministry to Start Execution of Cost for Citizens, Business for Unpaid Months
The Ministry of Finance is working part-time. The Treasury and the Budget Department are making all preparations for Monday to begin executing payments by the Emergency Package for Citizens and Business.
