Ramush Haradinaj's two men in Government, Selim Selimi and Melica Haradinaj- Stublla, will be part of the Kosovo delegation led by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and travelling to Washington on Monday morning.
Besides Minister of Justice and Foreign Minister at the White House goes Minister of Infrastructure Arba Abashi, the Co-ordinator for dialogue, Skender Hyseni.
Deputy Prime Minister Driton Selmanaj and Prime Minister Hoti's Chief Cabinet Ardita Dashi also go to the most powerful country in the world.
NISMA for Kosovo is represented in dialogue with Deputy Prime Minister Albulen Balaj-Halimaj.
Initially, the Kosovo-Serbia meeting in Washington was scheduled for 2 September but was postponed for two days after President Donald Trump's agenda, which could become part of the meeting if the parties reach any agreement.
However, some of the topics expected to be discussed there are related to the economy. Projects dealing with the highway for Serbia, the railway for Albania, gas through Greece and other projects to be supported by the US are expected to postpone. Part of a possible deal may also be the creation of an American economic zone between the two countries.
The first meeting seen on September 27th had failed after the indictment was proposed against one of the main people of the Kosovo delegation headed towards Washington. Now, President Hashim Thaci is not involved in the process at all and is waiting for what is being placed in The Hague, where the Special Court headquarters is.
The opposition in Kosovo is divided over dialogue. The PDK has supported Washington's meeting but has not attended until Vetevendosje has rejected such a trip of Kosovo leaders with the reason that people go there without civic legitimacy.
Former Prime Minister Albin Kurti had collapsed from the position of government chief even because he had refused to go to America for an agreement with Serbia. He had said that knives are standing there on the map of Kosovo, warning that Kosovo could be separated from an agreement at the White House.
Kosovo and Serbia dialogue from February 1999 when the Rambuje Conference begins, which produces the agreement but that the Serb side had not signed. A round of talks in Vienna has also been held, proposing the Ahtisaari Pack, which is again accepted by Serbia as Kosovo brings independence.
The third Kosovo dialogue process- Serbia starts in 2011 in Brussels and produces dozens of agreements, most of which are not implemented.
Now, except in Brussels, the dialogue has moved to the White House. Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, has said that if asked for recognition then he will not meet Donald Trump.
