Decani chairman lists 15 requests to president, prime minister and prime minister

Decani Mayor Bashkim Ramosaj has been addressing President Hashim Thaci, Chief Parliamentary Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti on the conflict in the area around the Decani Monastery, following the ban on works on the Decan Street Plav.

He has listed 15 proposals that would lead to the solution of the problem.

By being convinced that you are aware of this, let me inform you of the problems created in Decani and propose the right solution to these problems.

The Decani municipality, in which many injustices have been accumulated that are a disaster for this city, which enables the development of normal life that conflicts with the developmental concept of citizens of this municipality and their well - being; it is reporting to four (4) of these not to be released in all matter of acts, be it laws or decisions issued by the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo at all levels:

1. Special Defense Act No. 03,L039 of the 20,02,208, with which the Law is also prohibited to build R-108 road. Dean Plav.

3. 4. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo's ruling, where the Decani Monastery is handed over to 24ha land ownership of Applied Enterprises and Iliria.

All these high-profile acts represent the opposite of what we are in this situation. As the head of the Decani Community to conclude the dispute with the Monastery so that the citizens of Decani can continue their normal life in this city I propose that the Republic of Kosovo, the institutions of this state, together with us, make these choices:

1. The Decani municipality is allowed to build the R-108 road in the 5km Special Zone with standard parameters, even with the adequate budget.
2. Construction of the route by Gushaavci (morral water source) at 3km long with standard width parameters, with proper budget support.
3. The THE is granted to children's holiday house “The Decan/Decan” in 18ha land (owner).

6. Supporting the construction of the Youth Centre Cultural Heritage complex and Tourist Village.
7. Construction of the Decani River mall that runs through the special protected area.
