AAK Parliamentary Group chief Daut Haradinaj at the Kosovo Assembly session has said the budget for political prisoners exists but the Commission has not yet been established, until it has asked the government cabinet when this constitutional and moral obligation will be carried out.
Haradinaj is addressing the first Deputy Prime Minister, Besnik Tahiri, with the question of when this process will be carried out.
“The budget for political prisoners exists while the Commission has not yet been established, while I ask you, Mr. Deputy Prime Minister, when political prisoners have to win constitutional duty rights”, Haradinaj has said.
