Pristina's Constitutional Court has issued arrest warrants for MP Etem Arifi, who has been sentenced to the decision of a firm form for subsidies fraud totalling more than 25 thousand euros.

News of the release of the warrant against Arifi has confirmed the Telegraph spokeswoman for the Foundation Court, Mirlinda Gashi.

“U announce that the convict E.A. has accepted the Kosovo Court's decision, which has been denied complaints as unfounded and has become the Constitutional Court's ruling in Pristina.

The convict E.D. had to be notified at the Centre of the penalty of prison, but after the same had not been announced, the Court has issued a warrant for detention, arrest, and sending the same to the suffering of a” prison sentence, Gashi said.

MP Etem Arifi was due on March 9th to appear at the prison's suffering centre, but the state of health and the same had prompted the Pristina Court to postpone the execution of the sentence twice by 2 months. /Telegraphy/
