Two new coronary cases in Malisheva

Today, there are also two new active cases of COVID-19 in the Malisheva Town.

This data has been confirmed in the official communication of the Malisheva municipality, with the National Institute of Public Health in Kosovo.

The new recorded cases are from the villages of Carraruluk and Korvasari.

Malisheva municipality deputy head Hajdin Berisha has declared that increasing the death toll is disturbing, and this situation has been created after treatment of the affected in regional hospitals has begun.

We ask the responsible institutions to examine this created situation and take necessary measures to treat patients in regional hospitals, and to add capacity for treating patients with COVID-19 in these hospitals, as the death toll has increased greatly and this is disturbing. Also disturbing is the delay in confirming the cases for the affected, and especially in cases of death, so we ask all responsible bodies to increase the level of responsibility, managing the situation, and treating cases with COVID-19”, he said.

Since March 14th until now, in the Malisheva municipality with COVID-19 186 cases have been confirmed, of them 143 have been healed, active are 27 cases, while 16 people have died.
