Communists, teachers, and parents require that instruction begin in schools from September

The municipalities are ready for the start of the new school year in September, the director of the Kosovo Communist Association, Sazan Ibrahimi, reports Online Economics.

Ibrahimi at the meeting that Education Minister Rame Likaj has held with the education directors and other education representatives in the country, added that co-operation with the central level has been harvests and that the municipality has called for a decision by the Government to start the new school year.

The SBAShak chairman, Nundman Jashari, has offered several conditions for the Ministry of Education and if conditions are not respected then Jasharaj has said they will do their best to interrupt the school year.

He's asked to keep hygiene in schools and to test teachers.

“The SBASK supports any commitment to the start of the new school year, what I have to say is that I think the new school year is one of the most difficult beginnings because there's fear, and if we just look at the minister, it'll only be difficult. Even the DKA doesn't take the shuck tasks easily and keep the purity level and disinfectation of objects. We support every decision”.

“We've been against budget cuts because this year requires a bigger budget and the moment we notice that hygiene is not being maintained we will appeal for the lesson to be interrupted. We have a chance for teachers to test”.

While Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Tahiri has responded to the SBASAK chairman, saying the ministry will not be able to reach the rate, EO reports.

Besim Avdimitaj chairman of the DKA has said they have started registering students for the 10th grade. He has said that students are conscious and are respecting anti-Covid measures, reports Online Economy.

The Parents' Council has also given support for the new school year to begin in schools because they believe online instruction has not produced its effect.

They have demanded that level 1-5 be in school banks and in disinfected schools.

Even municipal education directors have expressed their readiness to hold a senior prom on August 29th.

They have requested that distance be respected to disinfect the classes where the test will be held, as well as not to have large numbers of students.

Municipal directors have demanded that on prom day parents not gather in school courts.
