I can't give a date because it would have been unfair. The law is on the parliamentary commission and I believe that by the end of this week it goes to first reading and then by quick second reading procedure that means that there is no chance that within 10 days it will pass to the Assembly. Then it takes a few days for the Law to go into effect, so two weeks and then there's the application procedure, which means three weeks ago, being real and honest, it can't happen”.
The number two government has also shown how those vehicles can be withdrawn.

Today, I visited the Kosovo Pension Savings Fund (TRUST) and Mr. Adrian Zalli to discuss economic recovery and the payment of 10%.
The Law on Economic Recovery is expected to pass parliamentary procedures in an accelerated way so that after three weeks the application for the withdrawal of 10% could begin.
This Law will be stimulating for Kosovo's economy and will contribute to easing the situation in which we are passing citizens of the country. The Pension Trust, which included 630,349 direct contributors who are part of this scheme, will attract vehicles that account for up to $200,000,000.
Although the Law has not yet passed, I am pleased that the Trust has prepared an online platform that will be ready in two weeks. The application procedure is simple requires a personal number and a number of accounts.
