Following charges of life threatening, Shala faces live with Malisheva official

Haxhi Shala, on Friday, has been interviewed by Kosovo Police, under suspicion that he has threatened the director of Urbanism in the Malisheva municipality, Ahmet Morina, with a decision under his official office.

Invited to the Frontal Show in T7, Shala said it was a political decision, as his son is a shareholder in the company to which the consent to exercise activity on Malisheva's territory has been cancelled.

Shala said she has not threatened Morina, but has talked to her and has asked her to consider the decision well.

I said look at it all week, discuss it with the mayor, and I'll see if other companies will. I told him to call the phone and tell me what you decided. This decision was applied only to our company in question. I told him we called Friday so I could start with legal procedures, because the company invested”, Shala declared.

But unlike Shala, Morina has been declared.

In a telephone link to Frontal, Morina said this is not a political issue, since, according to him, there was no knowledge that Shala's son is a shareholder in the company in question.

There's no way I came to work to commit a violation. The threats will leave to the investigation and prosecution. For that decision I have made, and Mr. Shala said it is a political matter, I assure you it is not. I didn't care who's behind the company, Mr. President. Shala knows very well that there was a petition by citizens, after the petition, the municipal assembly has made a decision to suspend the consent. We've been forced to abolish the consent issued by our directorate, have even announced the firm, I don't know who's behind those firms in percentage of shareholders”, Morina said.

Morina said that Friday is in the Kosovo Police Association, due to the risk of the threat she has taken.
