Kosovo does not want dialogue as such, but its closure. The success of the dialogue is its closure. Because dialogue is a negative dialogue, being a conflict dialogue. Shutting down the dialogue should be the end of the conflict. The closure of the conflict for us is not merely mutual recognition.
