MP Bytyci has mentioned that the even more bizarre “is how our deputies or our colleagues did not have the courage to be inside the hall, but some of them stayed outside the assembly, while some of them stayed inside and voted neither for, nor against, or abstention”.
Here is Mr. Bytyci:
“Today is being held the Assembly session, for me it has been sudden and unexpected the way the first point of the agenda was handled or the Law that deals with KLA values.
It was surprising that form of voting, because we've been discussing and negotiating with all parliamentary groups, and we've had the political consensus and unity for this law to treat in the first reading and then the concerns of addressing the second reading and improving it.
Even more strange is how our deputies or our colleagues did not have the courage to be inside the hall, but some of them stayed outside the assembly, while some of them stayed inside and voted neither for, nor for, nor for, nor for abstention.
We understand some of the concerns of colleagues, some of the concerns of international friends, but we've assured them that we're willing to do the second reading, or within the time between reading first and second, to make improvements, the amendments needed to vote for.
The important thing is that the main goal of this law is to institutionalise the KLA war as the negligible value of our country and the achievement of our country. ”
