Bekim Jashar for the people's position: Only the people can propose

The head of the Skyeraj municipality, Bekim Jashari, in an interview for Online Economics, considers political developments in the country counterproductive.

He said they should become together and opposition positions, when national topics are being questioned, and especially dialogue with Serbia.

And I think it took us as a country to be much more compact, especially when we have national themes”.

When he spoke of the president's position and the possibility for this family to have a candidate for this position, he said the Jashari family never sought positions.

According to him, only people can make such a proposal.

There are citizens and people who can make such a proposal as it did in my case for mayor, because it's not that one of us wants to have such positions”

After the request of the citizens, I've analyzed and estimated that I must respond to this request because we owe it and the obligation built and developed this place”.

On the other hand, President Jashar also spoke of the Special Court, calling it a special yet painful case.

He added that it is unfair by internationals to be tried only by KLA members, not in all that have committed crimes. Jashar said he will support any KLA member who is invited by the Special Court.

“Special Court is a special and very painful case and I can say freely that at the time we are at, because I think it's been done unjust by the international community to be tried only by KLA soldiers, not on account of all the acts that committed crimes that I don't believe will be KLA soldiers who committed such crimes<18x1>.

No matter who is invited from today, and those who have been invited so far, we have to get together and help each other in this direction because it has been a common cause for the liberation of the country and we have to leave those personal, individual political resentments that have been possible in the post-war of Kosovo. He called for Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Tahiri to call the next meeting in order to discuss the renovation of the Jasharai Towers, the Online Economy.

Among other things, Jashar pointed out that they have been delayed and pushed back in this regard because the daily towers are being damaged and may even be completely destroyed.

“Interministerial Committee has been activated, but I hope that the leader of this community, the first Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Tahiri, will call the next meeting faster and we will proceed further”.
