Beden's campaign has said 5 August that the former US vice president will deliver his nomining speech from his home in Delauer.
This announcement turns the democratic convention, to be held from August 17th to August 30th, into virtual organisation.
Most Democrats will give talks at this convention in virtual form as well, until only Viscon officials can give speeches at the centre in Milwaki.
Party conventions are important events in American politics, as delegates even formally nominated the party's presidential candidate for the November 3rd election.
They are also exploited by candidates to be closer to millions of voters.
The Democrats are aiming to dislodge a more serious approach to the public health crisis, unlike what they consider to be American President Donald Trump's dangerous approach to the pandemic with the coronary.
On August 5th, Trump also said he is considering the possibility that on August 27th, the republican nomination speech received by the White House, although there is dilemma if such a thing would violate ethical standards.
Trump had held the convention in Florida because of the physical distance rules in North Carolina, where the republican convention was originally scheduled to be held.
But Trump has later cancelled these plans, since the number of people infected with coronarys has increased greatly in Florida.
