On September 2nd in Washington, U.S.A. will meet Kosovo and Serbia's heads of state, Avdullah Hoti and Aleksandar Vucinqi, to make economic agreements between states.
“There may be bad deals at the White House”, Voulaj has expressed himself in a Kosovo issue.
According to Vulaj, the process will be fast and frightening as described.
“It's going to be a fast and scary process, as described as”, Voulaj said.
In addition, Vulaj said the economic agreement would pave the way for political agreements between states.
