In Prizren's municipality, the audit office has found several violations. Among the recorded violations are those for the tenders, which have been granted to companies with tax debts. The same have been noted by employment without recruiting procedures. The criticism of Mytaher Haskukes' rule has also come from the opposition. In December 2017, he received the mandate of Prizren's chairman. And as usual, Mytaher Haskuka was also in the pipe of the National Audition Office. This organ for 2019 found several violations, made from this municipality. Among the violations found is the handing over of a tender to a company that has outstanding tax debts to the state.
But, violation of Prizren's local governance was not limited to the bidding procedures.
The audience general has found that during the past year, people have been employed in the municipality “without simplified recruiting procedures”, based on “Special Services Agreements”. This also reports a lack of order.
Also, the National Audition Office has found that Prizren's municipality has not met many preliminary recommendations.
More precisely, out of 29 recommendations, provided for PFVs of 2018, by the end of the audit for 2019, 8 recommendations have been implemented, 3 were partially implemented, meanwhile 6 were closed recommendations and 12 have not yet been implemented.
The 2019 report was accepted by Mayor Mytaher Hasakuka himself, and he did not notice the findings. But the same has not responded to T7's interest in finding the audience, about the municipality he runs.
The same have been done by other officials in this municipality. And in terms of these findings by the ZKA, opposition in the city of Prizren has reacted.
Democratic Party Branch Chairman Shyqri Totaj has said Haskuka has shown poor governance. The criticism of Haskuka also has the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
However, citizens appear to be not satisfied with local governance.
Some of them have indicated that they enjoyed the work of the mayor, but there were others who had criticism. /T7/
