He was separated from his life on August 15, 2012, at the age of 64, after suffering from Parkinson's disease, which was also the reason for his withdrawal from politics.
He was an MP for the Macedonian Parliament since 1994, aimed at creating a two-room system in the legislature. At the time of armed conflict in 2001, his party was in power.
It is one of the signatories of the Ohrid Agreement, but with the procrastination of its implementation, it aimed at a new agreement between Albanians and Macedonians.
Arber Xhaferi was born in Tetovo on January 24, 1948. He worked in the Pristina Television Culture Review and, in the early 1990s, returned to live in Tetovo, where in 1994 he founded the Albanian Democratic Party for Happiness, which later changed its name to the Albanian Democratic Party.
