About 2 thousand doctors applied to the specialization competition.

In the medical specialization contest, about 2,000 doctors applied. Data has been released by Health Minister Andmend Zemaj. The competition, which was completed days ago to divide seats even for Presevo Valley doctors who will be financed by the Government of Kosovo.

“From the Board's Secretariat for Professional Education in this competition has applied 2 thousand applications for all three health care levels. For primary healthcare, QKMF, family medicine, and where there are mentality, secondary and digestive care, general hospitals and KKUK and other profiles according to needs. In dentistry there are 250 countries that are self-financed”, Zemaj said at a news conference.

The baby also indicated the completion of the competition that took place two days ago. This change has been made by sharing additional places for the needs of the National Blood Transfusion Centre, 8 seats for Presevo Valley doctors and 40 other countries in self-finance.

The “those two days MSH has completed the competition by sharing additional sites for the need of the Blood Transfusion Centre and by dividing eight seats for doctors from Presevo Valley and 40 others in self-finance, sharing a total of 48 seats for doctors who will work and operate in Valley”, Zemaj explained.

Minister Zemaj has also stated that for a short time they have created the professional promotion horizon for doctors.

For a short time we were able to create real opportunities for our doctors to create a professional promotion horizon with the main goal of they being educated and trained professionally in Kosovo, to have the perspective here, and to serve the country here”, he concluded.
