Pristina municipality Deputy Chairman Muheddin Nushi told Online Economy that in the next two weeks, there is expected to be an increase in the number of infected people, due to disrespecting recommendations.
In the Pristina municipality so far there are a total of 1,002 cases with Coronavirus. Niushi also commented on measures imposed by the Kosovo government, which he said do not prevent gastronomy.
Pristina's “communa is preparing 400 beds if the situation exceeds”, he said.
“012 cases are infected with Coronavirus in the Pristina municipality, 242 cases healed and four fatal cases. In the last two weeks, there is an increase in cases of infection. This is due to a failure to comply with recommendations from citizens”.
We do not expect the number of infected to decline, in the next two weeks, we are expected to increase in cases until full-fledged measures are entered into force by the Government. These measures are restrictive and do not interfere with the gastronomy section”, Nushi said.
Niushi said there are three positive cases in Komuna, where immediate measures are taken in the isolation of the affected sector.
