During this period prisoners will be able to phone with frequent family members and virtual communication via Skype.
Kosovo's Structuring Service will continue institutional co-ordination with the relevant institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and will keep the widespread opinion about the ongoing steps informed. We are hoping that this decision will be short-term”, it says in the post of the SHKK.
