Surroi does not spare from criticism even the White House's special envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Mr. Richard Greenell, but still he is credited with making the EU more serious about dialogue.
He has praised in his writing the democratic candidate for president, Mr. Joe Biden, and the role he has had in Kosovo's freedom and independence, Periscopi reports.
Former negotiator Surroi has demanded that America become more serious, or again serious, implying the victory of Democrat candidate Joe Biden.
