O B S: The vaccine can't be expected before the beginning of 2021

The World Health Organization said researchers are making good progress in developing the anti-coronvirus vaccine, but that its first use cannot be expected until early 2021. Mike Ryan, emergency program director near O BSH, said it is vital that security not be questioned, [...]
Mike Ryan, emergency program director near O BSH, said it is vital that security is not questioned, even if this means slowing down the vaccine's development.
“We should be able to look ourselves in the eye and we should be able to see our communities and make sure that we have taken every precaution for these vaccines to be secure and effective, before being granted the general population”, Ryan told reporters.
The “will be the first part of next year when we start seeing people vaccinated”, he said.
Ryan said some potential vaccines are in the third stages of testing and that neither has failed in terms of security or ability to promote immune response.
Tens of vaccines against coronarys are in different stages of worldwide testing.
This week Oxford University has revealed that the vaccine it developed seems to be harmless and that it trains the immune system.
Responsible officials have said that human testing has shown that, after injection of the vaccine, antibodies and white blood cells have been created that can fight the coronary.
However, they have said it is still early to know whether the vaccine is enough to offer protection.
