LDK MP Xhavit Ukaj, has been the one who has appeared in the speaker and crashed with Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani, Periscopi reports.
This is after Osman has told him that he calls security to get him out until Ukaj, probably speaking, when PDK MP Ganimetie Musliu was at the speaker.
Such clashes had occurred at the Prizren Municipal Assembly at the time Ukaj was an assemblyist.
In 2019 it was a clash between the PDK's Asamblist, Bardh Avdaj and LDK leader Xhavit Ukaj, and it took intervention of other colleagues and Assembly chairman.
