Former United Kingdom Prime Minister Tony Blair has said that the British should learn to live with the virus, saying they will not be eliminated.
In an interview with the Press Association, the former Labus leader said there were “at least one chance 50/50” for the United Kingdom to see a return of Covid-19 in the fall, and it was “absolutely essential” to prepare for it.
He urged the government to create every last infrastructure structure that you can make sure that if that happens you are able to control the disease, because you will not be able to return to the deadlock we have endured in March, April and May”.
A new report by his expert group, the Tony Blair Institute, also recommended the use of mass evidence and the mandatory use of facial masks in all closed public facilities, reports the BBC, broadcast Klan Kosova.
Blair said: “If you're only testing people with symptoms... you're missing asimptomatic people and you're missing pre-imptomatic people.
And often part of the biggest problem with the disease is pre-simtomatic people. ”
