There was no measurable difference in the number of cases of coronary among children in Sweden, where schools were left open, compared to neighboring Finland, where schools were closed, according to findings.

The study compares two countries that share similar social models, including access to universal health care, but that adopted very different strategies to deal with Covid-19. Sweden avoids a proper impasse, while Finland imposed a more severe social distance.

Indicative data shows that there is no difference in the total number of cases confirmed by the Cavid-19 laboratory in children between the ages of 1 and 19 in both countries; contact tracks in Finland found almost no evidence of children infecting others, according to the Swedish Public Health Agency and the Finnish Institute for Health and Goodness.
