“We are speaking and negotiating de facto with the West for Kosovo, not with Albanians”, had declared Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, of whom the declaration has reacted to Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.

He has described statements as provocation and said Vucic should forget something like that.

“Even if it wants to go to the moon, it will eventually come and sit with Albanians. In the face of such, provocative statements, there are two roads that are equivalent and the other face-to-face with the means of peace”, Rama said yesterday in Tirana on Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti's official visit.

But even against this statement, a Serbian association has emerged that has been addressed to the Albanian prime minister, according to Serbian media.

Tanjug reports that an association of families of the kidnapped and murdered Serbs in Kosovo has written an open letter to Edi Rama saying they want agreements with Albanians, but not with “the KLA war criminals”.

The letter says that this association “reminds Albania's prime minister that mass graves exist from the “Verde” House on its territory, and at the same time, no one is responsible for victims in Kosovo”.

The association stresses that “Rama could never understand the families of the Serb and Kosovo victims who were the only ones who did not receive justice from The Hague tribunal, while, war criminals Thaci, Haradinaj, Veselin, Limaj, instead of jailing for crimes against Kostet's victims, are promovers of KLA”.
