LVV has submitted a draft resolution to this debate.

He has said this draft contains four points.

“1. The Republic of Kosovo's Assembly Resurfaces Unitar Characterity of the Republic of Kosovo Is Invulnerable and Incompatible
2. Taking into account the confirmed facts regarding the topic addressed during the ongoing dialogue, the exchange of territories which are contrary to the constitutional obligation to preserve Kosovo's integrity and sovereignty, the Kosovo Assembly requires that on the subject of dialogue under no circumstances, at any level and in any form can be issues related to the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity or aimed at creating any third administrative powers.
3. Kosovo's framework before any meeting within dialogue with Serbia should approve the platform for dialogue, which will include basic principles under which dialogue will be developed, and the same will be voted by 2/3 of all Parliament deputies
4. The Kosovo Assembly calls for paving the way for a free and democratic election process from which a legitimate government would emerge and which would have the country's legitimacy for representation in dialogue with Serbia”, Selimi has said.

He has asked MPs to support this draft resolution.
