But all parliamentary groups have expressed the will to vote, except for the Parliamentary Group of the Vetevendosje Movement.
VV) deputies chief Rexhep Selimi, who himself was part of the KLA, has said they will not vote on this resolution.
He has said there is no urgency in the issue and has said other groups have not co-ordinated with the VVA Parliamentary Group.
Selimi has said the resolution is unharmonised and that he will not change their stance made in 2015, when the Special Court was voted.
The resolution was proposed by AKR MP Mirlinda Sopi Krasniqi./Periscopi/
