According to the trial pronounced Tuesday by the court's chairman, Judge Sami Shardaku, the 400-euro defendants are forced to pay him in the 30-day term after the court takes a firm form.
The same were announced for the consequences of not paying the fine, with fine sentences being returned to prison. According to the indictment, the defendants have also been confiscated from their weapons.
Otherwise, Asdren Gjikoli and Valon Alija have entered a plea agreement with the Founding Prosecutor in Pec through their defenders, noble lawyers Mujaj and Blerim Ademiaj, where the courts agreed to bring them a fine sentence of 400 to 500 euros, and to become the seizure of weapons.
In this regard, during the hearing held Tuesday, the defendants claimed they would never repeat such actions, expressing regret.
Contrary to the Constitutional Prosecution Act in Pec, compiled on November 22nd, 2019, Asdren Gjikoli and Valon Alija are accused of illegal possession.

Furthermore, they are accused of committing criminal work “withholding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
