Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti will hold a meeting tomorrow with the pandemic management committee, where he will decide whether the state of emergency will be declared.
Hoti says some heads have supported this proposal.
The state of emergency is approved by 2/3 of MPs present in the hall.
Hoti decides on Sunday for the announcement of the state of emergency, against which the citizens' businesses stand, reports T7.
It is the third day that over 200 infected people are on the site of the National Institute of Health.
Among these results are not missing even cases that are ending fatally.
And these figures seem to have alarmed the prime minister, Avdullah Hoti.
The government chief has warned of a state of emergency.
The mayors were also hired to do so.
The decision on a state of emergency should be made by the Assembly of Kosovo.
According to lawyer Mentor Beqiri for him, 2/3 of the deputies present must vote.
But Beqiri does not see it reasonable to take this step by the government.
And the director of the Chamber of Commerce, Berat Rukiqi, says the state of emergency will lead to economic disaster.
That the state of emergency will paralyse the economy in the country are saying even some local owners. According to Perdumb Bajcivcit, if one more time the same establishments will not be able to open again.
But the head of the association of Kosovo municipalities, Saban Ibrahimi, says the state of emergency does not mean closing businesses.
But some mayors, however, are disagreeing with the decision to declare the state of emergency.
Among them is Hoti's associate, Lutfi Haziri.
The mayor of Mitrovica, Agim Bahtiri, has also been opposed.
And the prime minister's proposal, Avdullah Hoti, is not finding acceptable even to the citizens of Kosovo.
Meanwhile, microbiologist Lul Raka recommends that citizens wear masks at any given moment and thus be laid the curve of the infected.
