Professor Hajrullah Gorani dies

The news has revealed his son, former Kosovo Parliament deputy Dukagjin Gorani.

“This afternoon my father, Hajrullah Gorani, passed away. He died quietly, surrounded by his family and his beloved at the age of 89. ”, he said.

Hajrullah Gorani was an economist, university professor and author of books.

He was the first BSPK chairman, elected on 01.07,1990. B The SPK had an important role in other political developments as well. Union activists also made a valuable contribution to the war for Kosovo's liberation by incriminating in its Liberation Army, which among the first was Hamza Jashari, who was formerly a member of the Headship of the Independent Union of Kosovo Metallists. B The SPK will also play a powerful role after the liberation, especially in rebuilding and developing all segments of shaping the state of Kosovo.

Goran was the author of many books and publications. Among them are the Dictionary of Economic Terminology, published in 1973.
