Proclaiming the state of emergency, Ibrahim says the economy will not be blocked

The mayors demanded from the prime minister the modalities of what the state of emergency will be like. And since Prime Minister Hoti said declaring the state of emergency does not mean complete closure of freedom of movement and economy Kosovo, but there will be some measures that will improve the reduction of the number of infected with Covid-19... .
