The Pristina municipality during this month will sign the agreement for the deployment of security and counter-invasion cameras into traffic. Until implementation is expected to function in November of this year.
Investments from this project will take place on the part of the economic operator, while after a year, the Pristina municipality will pay the company the percentage on the basis of the pending sentences.
So has made it known, the Pristina municipality's deputy chairman, Muhedin Nushi, who says of Kosovo priss, that they are at the end of signing this agreement and that soon implementation begins.
This project to place security cameras in the city, but not only of the security but of counter-intravention in traffic is not a new project, it's a project we've been negotiating for years and I believe that this year we're now close to signing the agreement not that first company that we've started talking about the unskillable financial conditions that that that that that the company has provided but that now with a company that is equally worldwide renomers are in the conclusion of this agreement and I believe the agreement will be signed either this month or the next month and the implementation of the project, which should be activated at the beginning of November of the year 112th, says.
Niushi has stressed that this project consists of four components.
“This project is made up of four components, the first component is to put static cameras at the key points, and then we have the number two position that are mobile cameras that put in the police vehicles and there will be no direct contact for any traffic breach to be identified through the table. The third position is innovation, not only for Pristina but also for the region of the Western Balkans, the location of cameras with the aim of controlling traffic and safety in communications through the bicycles of the police unit ... The fourth location entrance to the city will be transmitted from four sides, and any unregistered vehicles or that did not pay the city's entry tax will be fined”, he said.
He has added that on the basis of incriminating sentences, the Pristina municipality will pay the company annually.
Pristina's largest <x0). Investment remains on the part of the economic operator, which will implement the project and then a year later we start with payment or installments, we have as some kind of an administration that we've demanded that we pay the company every year on the basis of non-indicted sentences pronounced”, he says.
He voiced confidence that this project would have an impact on traffic safety until he stressed that it would be a contribution to the police and the state prosecutor.
“After a month or two, it will have tremendous impact on traffic safety and will be disciplined by drivers and citizens... I believe this will be an enormous aid to the Kosovo Police and State Prosecutor”, he says.
