Prime Minister Hoti: Agreement on mutual recognition is under way

Furthermore, he has insisted on the past stance that “technology has ended”, while criticising previous governments Kurti and Haradinaj, that with “rejection of dialogue and against our friends in the recent past, we have been isolated”, Periskopi follows.
He has quoted a famous statement by President Rugova saying that “The house is not maintained without friends. ”

Dialogue has no alternative. But the technical dialogue is over. Now Kosovo has started dialogue on mutual recognition, and today the drafting of this agreement begins in Brussels.
The refusal approach to dialogue and to our friends in the recent past has isolated us. The house is not maintained without friends.
Kosovo has a prime minister exercising constitutional authorisations without allowing any interference in those authorisations, but by co-ordinating Kosovo's state agenda with institution keepers, coalition partners and the opposition, as well as keeping the general public fully informed.
