He writes “Mbrame, with Fazli Bass and Mother Ayshe, at the home of Kadri, brother of war blood. HTH”
It's not known if there was a Kadri Veseli present at the meeting, and if so, why the picture was missing, there's Periscope. It's possible he fired the picture in question.
