The new measures of the Kosovo government, which prohibit the gathering of more than 50 people in business environments, are seen as injustice by pool owners. According to them, these measures are presenting serious problems for their business activity.
Naim Krasniqi, owner of a swimming pool, says the government's decision is causing financial losses.
We think we've been wronged a lot. A large pool of 50 people can't even afford daily expenses. We have workers to pay for, chlorine, other chemical parameters, electricity costs. With 50 people we can only work at losses. As long as 50 people enter a bus, 50 square meters in a coffee shop are also 50 people while we at one hectares work with 50 people is unfair”, said for RTV Dukagjin, Naim Krasniqi.
While another pool owner says this decision has adversely affected his business image.
The “those who came have returned and, as it is seen today, the government's decision has damaged us in image. The municipality laments that it has not yet been decided by the Sanitary Inspectorate. We're still on hold”, Xhavit Ratkoceri said, conveys Telegrafi.
From the Directorate of Inspectorate in Lipjan, they say that unless the government makes any decision to close these businesses, they will not take responsibility for the actions they do.
Many businesses have complained that with new restrictive measures, their business activity has narrowed down.
