Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, today in Brussels with the mediation of Josep Borell and Miroslav Lajcak, is participating in the meeting with Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq.

Both leaders have held separate meetings before the meeting with EU High Representative Josep Borelli.

Before the start of the meetings, EU High Representative Josep Borelli, who has said he is happy that the parties have returned to negotiations and that the EU has taken the helm of negotiations.
