Nagavci: If national security is violated, ARKEP laws fall

Kosovo Assembly Vice President Arberie Nagavci has asked the board ARKEP knows what the actions of this institution will be after that meeting with the prime minister and the ministers of the line.

She has also said if national security is threatened, the ARKEP laws fall.

“The issue of national security exceeds the laws and regulations of ARKEP”, Nagavci said.

ARKEP board member Albania Pula stressed that they have taken action to implement the legal base.

However, Pula was unable to respond more to Deputy Mayor Nagavci.
