MPs in the hall wear masks and sit down, respecting physical distance, thus exploiting other facilities in the hall of sessions, galleries, and laros.
These measures have not contributed to the productivity and results of the work of the Parliament, the plenary sessions and the commissions. On the contrary, in the report “SB and state response to the David-19” pandemic, published several days ago by O SBE/ The ODIHR, Albania's Parliament, has received very positive assessments and is praised among the parliaments that have responded better to the pandemic situations. According to the report, Albania's “Parliament was among the first to allow commissions to work at a distance through electronic communication means. In Albania, the decision to allow the long- range development of committee meetings, using videoconference platforms, has enabled the broadcast of these meetings to be accessible to the general public. ”
