According to the MPJD, Valza Oruqi has been promoted on the procedure regulated with the Law for Foreign Service, as well as based on the Commission's recommendation for Grada and Discipline, the Kosovo Clan broadcasts.
“Oruqi Falls is a member of the MPJD since 2009, where the First Secretary was first promoted. In 2014, the Commission for Grada and Discipline recommended it for the Adviser Grady, and in 2020 it was established at the Adviser's Grada, based on the recommendation of the Commission for Grada and Disciplines of 2018”.
