They worked four months as volunteers in Infectives, concusses open at QKUK, and refuse work

At the Infectious Clinic at QKUK, since the beginning of the pandemic, ten health workers have volunteered without a single coma to help the clinic staff to challenge the coronary. Even though they were unemployed and out of monthly income, they took bread from their home only to help patients [...]
This relief staff, made up of 10 persons, were 1 Infectology specialist, 1 specialist in infection, and 8 general doctors. Among them are Jehona Krasniqi, who has expressed her concern in a public letter, following a disappointment that was not accepted at work, she and her 7 colleagues. Only one of them managed to be on the accepted list.
On June 12th of this year the Ministry of Health has opened competition for the presence of 100 general specialists and doctors, where one of the criteria has been volunteer work. Which in the case of Jehoash and her colleagues did not work.
This decision has been shocking to all of us, in the very fact that all of our work has already been rejected for four months, to come to our positions someone who has to learn the work from the beginning”, writes disappointed Jehona Krasniqi in her letter.
In addition, she has indicated that she has requested clarification for their refusal at the CKUK, but, no adequate answers, except confirmation that they were not accepted.
When we wanted to know over the phone what happened, we were told we didn't figure out the applicants' lists and we didn't apply”, Jehona says.
This is her letter:
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 10 volunteers have appeared at the Infectious Clinic of QKUK, 1 infectology specialist, 1 specialized infection and 8 medical professionals.
We've been in the fourth month since we worked with the greatest will in this clinic, helping staff manage cases with COVID-19.
We didn't ask for any kind of compensation, as much as we've done our own daily food and supplies.
By 12.06.20, the Ministry of Health has launched a contest for 100 countries with a number of MS 12/06/20s for professionals and medical professionals, where one of the criteria has been a volunteer work priority.8 of the volunteers have applied in this competition, since one volunteer had no licenses and specialist has not met several other conditions.
Of the 8 volunteers we applied for work, only one has been unfortunately accepted seven others we've been left out, including the infected specialist.
This decision has been shocking to all of us that all of our work has been rejected for four months now, to come into our positions, someone who has to learn the work from the beginning. And more than that, the selection that has been made has meant that there have been serious violations, and even oral interviews that have figured in the competition, which has not even been able to verify documentation.
What criteria have been used for this?
When we asked to know by phone what happened, we were told we didn't figure out the applicant lists and we didn't apply. We possess the printed emails that we have carried out the application. If you're done erasing our e-mails, more than what our purpose, or changing the lists, that's why the established commission has to answer, as well as the main responsibility where the application is sent.
We went to the Ministry of Health immediately, but we missed the meeting. It has been asked to send an electronic complaint, while others have received physical complaints. We have no answers. We wrote straight to the Ministry. And we have information that the contract processing has already started, not respecting the legal deadline for prescribing complaints. So, even our complaint is probably erased again.
We're trying to implement our right because we, more than all the other employees who make the list, deserve to be employed, in the very fact that when others have hesitated, we've been introduced to the Infectious Clinic, risking ourselves and our families.
It's very disturbing that the old Avaz is continuing; who has the strong arm moves forward, while others are shown the door.
We're not leaving this job anymore, we're going to complain again and if it's necessary even in court. Either we get on that list or the whole competition is off and no contract is signed.
In the name of the 7 volunteers left out of the latest MU contest: Jehona Krasniqi- General Medicine volunteer at the Infectious Clinic.
