Stephanie Winston Wolff was appointed as the first lady's unpaid assistant shortly after Donald Trump won the 2016 presidential election, and she played a high profile role in helping Melanie transition to the White House from New York, advising her on political portfolio.
But in February 2018, Winston Wolfkoff had been forced to leave his post after reporting that he had received $26 million in payments to help with Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony in 2017, Periscope follows.
At the time, Winston Wolfkoff had said her firm had only received $1.62 million in total, and that she was divided among the staff. Since then, she had not admitted that she had been fired, saying that she had actually been betrayed.
Winston Wolfkoff later collaborated with federal prosecutors in Manhattan, who opened the investigation into mispronouncement in 2017.
Her book will be named “Melanie and I”, published by Gallery Books, and published on September 1st.
This book will give details of her time at the White House with the first lady. She was long considered one of Melanie's closest friends.
Whether this book will harm President Trump in its chances of winning a new mandate at the White House is unknown. /Periscope
