They will make up the 120 deputies, who represent citizens and decide according to their belief.
According to the Constitution, MPs in the Parliament had the yoke for four years. The deputies' mandate checked the Parliament and began from the Convention Constituent session. The newly-elected Assembly meets at the Constituent session late 20 days after holding the elections. The Constitutive Seance is the chairman of the Parliament from the previous composition.
In Article 63 of the Constitution is envisioned if no constitutional session is set in the pre-term, MPs themselves gather and constitute the Assembly on the 21st day of the election's completion.
In the constitution it has been envisioned that the president of the Republic of Northern Macedonia in the ten-day term from the constitution's constitutionalisation mandate for the government's composition entrusts the party's candidate, or parties that have majority in Parliament.
The term-in-term, 20 days after mandated, the Assembly hands over the programme and proposes the composition of the Government.
The government, with the mandate proposal and on the basis of the programme, elects the Assembly with the majority of votes from the total number of MPs.
