Leaders meeting expected to again boycott opposition

I'll be completely transparent in this process. But there is no technical dialogue. There is only political dialogue for mutual recognition and normalisation of relations”, Hoti said on Monday when he announced invitations to leaders.
However, just as it happened in June, this time, the two opposition parties -- the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic Party of Kosovo -- are not expected to participate.
We remember that only June meetings participated AAK, Initiative, AKR, as well as some of the communities' parties.
