During a TV interview, Macron, citing August 1st for implementation of this move, also said that the spread of Covid in France has marked a slight increase, and that even health authorities in the country have indicated in favour of establishing the obligation to wear a mask.
Macron said that “We must prevent and prepare for a resurface of the epidemic during autumn and winter”
Asked whether France would take a possible vaccine as a priority if it was discovered by the French pharmaceutical group Sanofi, he ensured that the country would have access among the first, but refused to seek absolute priority, judging absurdly a possible <x0-nationalist health group”.
