First Kosovo in Europe for new cases with COVID-19 in the last two weeks

Based on the data of the past two weeks, Kosovo is the first in Europe on the average of new cases of COVID-19 for 100,000 residents.
According to this estimate, Kosovo has 124 new cases of COVID-19.
In second place, Montenegro ranks with 123 new cases, followed by Luxembourg with 100 cases.
Northern Macedonia ranks fourth with 94 cases, followed by Sweden with 76.
While generally receiving the Western Balkans as a region, for 100,000 inhabitants, new cases are 73.
As a result of the enormous increase in infection with COVID-19, Kosovo has decided to impose the wear of the mask, while the possibility of proclaiming the state of emergency is under consideration.
Also set in place are restrictions of movement between 9:00 and 5: 00 a.m. and a special schedule for people over 65 years of age.
