He has stressed that even if the state of emergency is declared, it will be done in full accordance with the Western Constitution and practices, not as it has been during Milosevic's time.
The extraordinary situation if announced will be in full compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. This constitution has been drafted based on the principles of democratic states”.
The Kosovo Communists Association supports the new anti-Condavid measures. Any move that leads to saving the lives of Kosovo citizens, is supported by the AKK, including proclaiming the state of emergency”.

Ibrahim added that the AKK and the mayors have always estimated that public health is a priority of priorities, but that a particular care should be given to economic health as well.
